Grommetbook costs $49 a month, or $490 a year (two months free), per sign shop, as of November 2026. That covers unlimited users and every AI assistant you connect, with no onboarding fee and no per-request AI caps. Every new shop starts with a 14-day free trial with no card; you subscribe from the Billing page in your viewer when you are ready.

What is not included yet
A direct QuickBooks Online connection (coming soon; the CSV export works today), online payments or deposits, production scheduling, inventory and artwork proofing. If you need one of these, ask your AI assistant — it files the request with us, and requests decide what we build next.
How the price compares
For a three-person shop: Grommetbook $49/month; shopVOX Express $109/month plus $29 per user per month ($196/month for three people); SignTracker from $65/month for 1–2 users, with higher bands for more users (vendor pages, as of November 2026). Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes: 14 days, every feature, no card. When it ends, reading keeps working and your data stays; changes pause until someone at the shop subscribes.
- Do I pay per user or per AI request?
- No. One price per shop covers everyone at the shop and every AI assistant you connect: the owner adds staff by email and each connects their own assistant. You bring your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT, …), so we don't cap requests beyond a fair-use limit of 5,000 changes a day.
- How do I pay or cancel?
- Payment is by card through Stripe, started from the link in your viewer's Billing page. Cancel any time from Billing; you keep access to the end of the paid period, and you can export all your data.
- Who is the seller?
- VINNYROO LLC, which runs the Smallwright studio. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is not included.
